And I regretted it every single time. Okay, the food isn't that expensive and neither are the drinks. BUT the service is horribly slow and not attentive. The food is just boring and lacks taste in all sorts of way. Once when I didn't finish my pasta they asked me would I like to bring the rest home deary me, noooo! It just wasn't any good. That's why I left it there. Oh and my friend and I nearly got refused to enter as we wanted to go for a quick, late drink some time ago. Just because we were a slight little bit merry and closing time was lurking around the corner. However after a few pleas and please we were allowed in. There you see what pure desperation drives you into. Anyway if you need a quick BOTTLE of something it's an okay place to go to but if you are looking for food or kind service please don't go there. Down the road towards Winterhuder Marktplatz there are loads of other pubs - and much nicer.

Also didn't really care looking to much as the weather was cold and wet that day. The pizza and calzone my friend and I tried here were really tasty. And the first drinks came fast, too. Just took some time to get the attention of the waitress to order my second drink. She never really looked in my direction. The atmosphere is more like an old German pub, now without the big clouds of smoke in the air. So, if you are hungry for pizza and are around Langenhorn, this is a good place to go, it is just a few steps away from the U-Bahn station near the exit next to the big Edeka supermarket. Oh, I forgot something the instead of table-legs they used underframes of old sewing machines with these old pedals.
