I was impressed with both the friendliness of the staff, as well as their knowledge. Unlike other health food stores, where you ask them where something is, and they treat you like you're disturbing them (as if customer service is not the central part of their job), the staff at Nutrition House will take you right to where you need. They'll also dig a bit deeper, and ask for your purpose in buying that supplement, and give you either better alternatives that suit your purpose (even if they're cheaper), dispel myths (that the supplement you're buying doesn't actually accomplish the goal that you want it to), or enhance it (that the supplement you're buying works better with another supplement).
