Tommy brought to my attention several things I had not thought about related to safety. I'm sure that if I had gone with a handyman, we would've caused some damage to our balcony, etc. I also love that they are perfectionists and know how to hide all the cords (and come equipped with all the parts needed). At first, the cost to hire someone to hang market lights seemed ridiculous. But it was worth it. It solved the dark spot in the backyard, and most importantly, the installation is professional. The light strands are custom cut to the correct length. The lights have a dimmer switch that is controlled with an app (and Alexa!). The dimmer switch is hidden above the pergola and all cords are neat and tucked away. The initial quote was a bit of a sticker shock, but it was worth every penny.
