It was the only place open for breakfast in the Maryborough CBD so it was quite packed. But the service was lovely, friendly and welcoming, and the meals came out quickly! The ambience was nice. It was one of those little hipster cafes with the retro furniture and funky music playing on the stereo. Very pleasant atmosphere. The next morning, we had discovered via Google that another cafe in the area called "A Spoonful of Sugar Cafe" was open on Sundays. But Google was wrong. I had to peer through the windows to see all the chairs stacked up. So we went back to Toast Espresso Bar - once again the only place open for breakfast, and once again quite busy. My wife and I love Eggs Benedict. This isn't on the menu so we thought we'd try the "Toast Stack"... Well, it turns out this is their name for Eggs Benedict. And it was absolutely delicious! The coffee is delicious too! Great place! Highly recommended. The best and quite literally the only place for breakfast in Maryborough CBD. But if it has to be the only place, I'm glad it was exceptional.

I've also tried the chicken and salad on Turkish bread and it was quite yummy and the people I was with had the bacon and egg muffin and the quiche which everyone agreed was pretty good.
