I have always…read moremade it a policy, when in a Chinese restaurant, to always order Dim Sims and Beef and Black Bean sauce. Because they are my favourite Chinese meals and it gives me something to compare. If I get nauseous or ravenously thirsty then I don't go back. To my delight none of this occurred. There was some minor dispute over the temperature of the food so for that reason I couldn't to five stars on that occasion. So I had to go back. Because in my opinion the food was delicious. On both occasions the restaurant was packed and as can be seen from the photo that I have up loaded it might be advisable to book a table. On the second occasion that I went there, again, the food was delicious been reasonably priced. In the years that I have lived in Hervey Bay I have found this restaurant to provide the tastiest of Chinese cuisine.

RUDE RUDE RUDE - SAVE YOUR DOLLARS - STAY AWAY…read more Over 3 consecutive nights I have ordered from this establishment, the owner was so rude to her young staff, one being severely reprimanded in front of the diners for a very simple small mistake. My meal on the first night was flavourless but I put that down to my cold, second night try again, those poor girls, watching the way they are treated is disgusting, again very poor flavourless meal. Okay I am a sucker for Chinese so third time lucky I think. The owner served me tonight, a very simple request turned into mayhem, I promise I didn't ask for her first born child, the young girl tried to help but was rudely advised that they couldn't help me, is a tax receipt so hard to hand out? I advised the owner that she had now missed out on another weeks worth of business, tonight's meal was the worst so far if that's possible. Oh and bring your own bag, cause it's 30 cents to have your order placed into a bag. Looks like it's Red Rooster or KFC for the next week, walking distance are my only options. I chose the dry chilli pork and vegetables and jasmine rice. My dining partners went for combination chow mein, dry fried noodles, beef and black bean sauce and stir fried vegetables respectively. I tried some of each dish and enjoyed all of them. The food was really full of flavour with the right ratio of meat, vegetables and sauce. Prices are also reasonable at around $10 to $15 for a main.
