His business card says "you are done when you say we are done or you don't pay". This guy should have a negative star. I found out after the fact he has an "F" with the BBB after I filed a complaint with them.

Our roof was original to the house and thus 25 years old. It was time to replace it, and after we…read morerequested bids from three vendors we decided on Renfroe Roofing. Our point man was Shane Renfroe, and through the process he kept in contact with us. Their bid was refreshingly within our budget, and we chose the Rustic Hickory architectural shingles. The crew arrived early in the morning, laying tarps and getting items prepped. Our 7am wakeup was when they started removal of the old roof shingles and felt. Through the day they were active and engaged. The crew worked quickly, and were very professional and polite in our interactions. By 4:30 they were in the final stages of cleanup, and by 5 they were done. There were several passes with various magnetic devices in the final cleanup to try to catch as many of the nails and other metallic debris that had fallen during the activity. After they left I made a cursory round of the house and found only 2 nails. The next day my wife spotted a place in our guest room ceiling where the drywall/finish had cracked a bit. We asked Shane to send someone over to take a look at that and a few places where we had spotted gutter guards that had been pushed out of alignment. They arrived within a couple of days, and they after a thorough inspection of the area and the roof above was able to determine that there were no structural issues nor probable leak issues, and that it was just a thin roof/ceiling structure and some incidental movement with people moving around with bags of shingles. They straightened the gutter guards back in place and ran another set of magnet nail catchers around the house a few times just in case. Through the whole process, Renfroe Roofing provided good communication, timely work, and quality workmanship throughout the process. Beyond a few plastic "tags" blown about by the wind they did an excellent job of cleaning the area, and we are very happy with our new roof.

I got a flat tire around 8pm. Connected AAA to have someone come out to change it. AAA stated someone would be out be 8:45. The pop-a-lock rep didn't respond til after 8:50 with another 30 min eta. Pop-a-lock rep shows up. Doesn't greet me however hops out of his vehicle. Very rudely states he can't change the tire due to it being aftermarket. I ask the rep if he has a jack because I will change it myself. The rep declined stating he will not let me use his personal tools. I ask well what am I supposed to do. His reply was not my problem. That I need to call AAA. He gets in his car & begins to leave. I floored at his customer service skills. I ask for a business card & he acted as if he didn't want to give it to me. I wish I would've paid more attention to the name that they gave for the rep when I was contacted to inform me he was on his way. This rep left me a young woman stuck in a empty parking lot like a discarded bag of trash after 9:30 pm. If these are the type of people pop-a-lock allow to take care of their evening calls I hope no one grandparent or children are ever in need of their services. Over all this was the worst tire changing service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never allow pop-a-lock to respond to another call dealing with me or any of my loved ones! read more

I was in a sticky situation of dog sitting for a friend but she forgot to leave me her key! After much anxiety of how to get to the dogs we contacted pop-a-lock. They worked with us in order to get the locksmith to the house and the technician kept me calm and stayed with me even after we set off the security system. I was more than a little frazzled at the situation but he could not have been nicer or more professional. He showed up early and got right to work. I would recommend pop-a-lock to anyone in the area. Without Devon from Pop-A-Lock, I would still be standing on the porch. He arrived promptly, after several other locksmiths were busy. Well equipped and competent, he discovered that the locks were burglar proof. Several members of Pop-A-Lock arrived to find another entrance, for no extra charge. I was back in my house in minutes.
