I requested a service for my door to be unlocked. The man I spoke to said that he will be able to take the job . He requested to text him my information and he will respond with a time he can complete the service , so I did text him the information asked . I waited two hours so I asked for the time of the service because he never sent me a time . He responded saying that he could not do my service because he was booked . This was not only unprofessional but very inconsiderate of my time . I explained that I had to go to work and he blocked my number. Unfortunately I could not rate it 0 because I would . This service was great but also was a complete waste of time. Adam made keys for my vehicle and had me out of a vehicle for an entire week with his recommendation of me needing a steering column for my vehicle. Recommended me to see his brother to fix it and he was a complete liar which I lost $100 purchasing a part that they both recommended. Had to call another locksmith service who fixed my steering column to my ignition and keys in less than 30mins and had me up and going. Stick to fixing keys and never recommend poor service again if you have no clue on mechanics or professionalism. Not the best time in the world to be wasting people's time and money. read more

I locked myself out of my vehicle, I wasn't sure what to do so I googled locksmith, they were the first suggestion for the area I was in, so I gave them a call. Told me it would be 25 minutes before they could get to me, it took them 15. The field technician was able to unlock my 18 wheeler in less than a minute. Great customer service, very professional, and getting here earlier than they said. Great overall experience. I felt it was a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend and use again if this unfortunate situation happens again. PLUS, the owner is a Marine Corps veteran.
