I just bought my fifth hot tub/spa from Wes at Poolman. I still have all 5 except 2 that I sold former residences with. Their service and sales are both fantastic! They are outstandingly knowledgeable and the hottubs they sell are premium quality. I'll be back again! I love spas, located at different properties I own, and I enjoy every one of them!! With the new owners a few years back they really have improved. We had our pool cover replaced and spa cover replaced and they did a great job! read more

We recently purchased a new hot tub from Poolman after hearing there were new owners. The customer service was great! They were able to answer all our questions and get the ball rolling quickly. When it was delivered, they were very polite and easy to work with, making sure it was placed exactly where we wanted it and were very cautious not to damage the yard in the process. read more

We purchased the hot tub floor model last April. Kyle Rosensteel and the staff at Poolman helped us out keeping the hot tub until our site was ready for delivery 7 weeks later. Delivery was perfect and hook up went smoothly. We've been using out hot tub practically every night and we haven't had any problems. We are so happy that our "shopping" trip took us to Poolman. They made delivery, setup , operating instructions and maintenance all so easy. Enjoying every moment of it, Thanks! Mary G, read more

My father purchased a used used hot tub less than 30 days ago and the breaker kept popping and the display panel is barely visible and not functioning as it should. Supposed to have a 90 day warranty. Made several calls that went to vm with no return calls. My stepmother went to the store and got someone to full out repair form but no follow-up after that. 5 calls made and still no response. Wes claims to be a family man and all that so I am confused on how he can treat my family members like they don't matter and ignore them. The really sad thing about this is that my father is living with ALS and the tub was purchased to be used as part of his therapy. He is ghosting a sick man that spent a lot of money to be ripped off and ignored by this self proclaimed family man. Avoid this store and tell all your friends to avoid this place. read more

We bought our hot tub from Pool Man several years ago and couldn't be happier. The owner guided us through our options and helped us choose the best for for us. Their delivery was great. Now go back there on a regular basis to buy their chlorine etc. You can really tell this is a family business that takes pride in doing a good job for its customers. read more

This company fails to honor its return policy. Operating online as AquaFloDirect.com, this company would not send a return authorization. It's been nearly 3 months now. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY read more

We purchased a hot tub in 2009 while living in Menomonie. We moved to Cumberland and qIn February 2015 we had a frozen pipe that happened while on vacation. We called Poolman to inquire about getting it fixed. They said they would have to come and get it so they could bring it to their shop and put it up on their devise in order to find the leak. No problem, we understood that. Two workers came and loaded it easily onto their trailer. We received an invoice in the mail saying it was fixed with the charges. The transporting charges were outrageous! They charged us $1050 for transportation! We are approximately 60 miles from Eau Claire. The repairs were only $400! We called and Wes stated that was the going rate for his technicians! He. Changed us $140 an hour for 2 people! That's $70 an hour to ride in a truck! We were not informed about the charges. We should have asked, but who in their right mind would think they would be charged $1050 for drive time and loading time. Wes said he has no responsibility for telling customers what the charges may be! Beware when dealing with Poolman in Eau Claire. Work with them at your own risk or make sure you ask "ALL" the right questions! read more

I normally wouldn't write a poor review; however, this business has disappointed on multiple occasions. Unsure of the quality of their work because I have refused to use them after calling for service on our pool and our fireplace. As first time pool owners, I called to ask questions and they were sarcastic and rude! They will not commit to appointments for home visits. Their customer service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Avoid if possible. read more

Wes and Barb at poolman have been excellent to work with. My hotsprings spa is 11 years old and I couldn't be happier with the performance, maintenance-free operation and low cost. I'm in this tub once a day from labor day to memorial day and have had no issues. Wes and Barb are great at answering questions and they have all the stuff I need right there in the store. Before you buy a different spa, I'd encourage you to stop in and talk to them about a hotsprings! read more
