My permanent retainer broke, but I was new to Logan. So I just called the orthodontist with the best reviews. I was hoping they could get me in as soon as possible (because the way the retainer broke was kind of painful) but I knew that probably wasn't very likely. They literally scheduled me that day! I got there about 10 minutes early for my appointment and they saw me almost immediately. It took about 5 minutes to fix everything. The orthodontist and hygienist were both very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how they explained what was going on and what they were going to do so I knew what was happening. The completely fixed my retainer (It feels brand new), and they were extremely generous with the pricing. Overall I cannot day enough good things! I 10/10 recommend going there for anything you need.

I went to Celeste for a gold crown about 10 years ago, she must have just been starting out and was in another practice with an older dentist, so this must have been some of her earliest work. This crown is absolutely beautiful. It's a work of art. It has been perfect for the better part of a decade that I've had it; perfectly aligned to the tooth, positioned well, prepared well. It has never hurt, never had puffy gums around it, and I usually forget it's there until I actually see it. I literally get compliments on this particular crown every time I visit other dentists. (I have moved and her practice is out of my insurance network, otherwise I'd still be seeing her) From what I remember of our appointment she was kind, and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. Celeste's attention to detail is phenomenal. And it didn't hurt. All these years later I remember Celeste was blessed with tiny hands, which doesn't necessarily make or break a dentist, but it sure helps! She's the best dentist in Cache Valley, and I would refer her to anyone I know with ironclad confidence.

I wish I had a more positive review for this dental practice. However, I just experienced a "bait…read moreand switch" from their billing department. This is ultimately a reflection on the whole office. I had an appointment I waited 6 months for (a cavity to fill) and as the appointment drew closer, they were checking to see if I had the same insurance. I did not. I told them specifically that I had NO INSURANCE and wanted to know the cost if paid by cash. They sent me a "plan" which I was told I had to sign. When I arrived at the appointment on Tuesday, August 6th, the charge was over $100.00 more. When I told them I was disappointed that the charge was so much more, I am unemployed and had budgeted for the original (signed contract) amount, they hummed and hawed and said, " Oh our rates have increased and sometimes the system doesn't catch it". Wrong. Just wrong. I got the contract less than 7 days prior, and that contract should have been honored. I can't do business with this sloppy bookkeeping.

Thats all fine and well but they have take 7 weeks so far (still haven't received my retainers) and my teeth have moved significantly. Every time I call the office to ask about the status of my retainers they say they'll get back to me and take another week or so to respond. I'm curious what they'll do when I get the retainers and they don't fit at all. Terrible experience. I have spent 6+ years getting my teeth straight and they messed it up within 7 weeks. Will not be coming back.

The best part of this office, besides of being very professional, is no waiting time. I have grown accustomed to waiting for an hour when visiting a doctor, but at Platinum, they take you right in if you come a few minutes early. Finally, no long waiting time! Dr. Bills genuinely cares about his patients, ranging all ages. He helps you to find the best treatment plan, considering the effectiveness and cost at the same time. He is very friendly and fun, a great quality if we bring the little one. Over all, I am very happy that we found Dr. Bills. I am sure Dr. Gardener is wonderful too, but so far we have primarily worked with Dr. Bills. As for the facility itself, the office is spacious and bright, which gives a pleasant feel and less stressful. It doesn't have those overhead TVs or children's play area like some dentists have, but that's not really in our evaluation matrix at all. The place looks more grown up and help our kids to feel proud that they are seeing a real grown-up dentist.

No bite, trim, bite, retrim, again and again. He had it right on. And cleanings are thorough and patient. Rooms are only semi-private, which I usually hate, but they are arranged in a way that is comfortable. Netflix on overhead flatscreens is a nice distraction, but on busy cleaning days, they don't always work. Service here is the genuinely friendliest I've ever encountered at a dentist. And it's everyone, doc included. He's also very knowledgeable. Waits can happen, but not too often as they usually have scheduling right on. This may just be the best non-pediatric office in Logan.
