Part of the issue was they couldn't see everything on the card. They were sharing the magnifying glass. They weren't sure what my name was for some reason. They asked me if my husband was a woman because they thought he had a female name. She kept mispronouncing his name. I don't know what that had to do with anything. They were trying to find out who was who on the cards. I even gave them my drivers license and they couldn't figure out who I was. They could've just copied the card and took care of things themselves while I saw the doctor. Instead, they made me wait for 40 minutes standing for about half of that because they couldn't get things situated. Why didn't they just let me go back and get everything taken care of while they were running my card? also, to beat everything, they wanted me to call the insurance company to see if they were in network. Such a beautiful building and wonderful staff, the front desk was really challenged!

The medical care is adequate, even more then adequate…read more  The problems are with the front desk and the billing department.  I went in for care on 1/15/2025.  I was told it would cost $250 or so.  I paid the amount (plus a surcharge for using a credit card).  Later when Medicare and my insurance processed the claim they said I owed about half that amount. I called Billing and had to leave a message.  The recording said they would call back the next day.  I waited a few (week) days and...no call back.  So I called Billing again and left a message.  Same result, no call back.  So I called the main office (during business hours) and had to leave a message.  Same result as my messages to Billing, no call back.  So I called Billing again and again left a message including the notice that I will cancel my appointment the next week if this issue is not resolved.  That time they returned my call.  The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. At that appointment they took an x-ray of my feet.  I asked the tech if I could have a CD copy of my x-ray.  She did not say no, just sort of acquiesced .  I forgot to ask for the CD when I left. Next appointment on March 26 I asked for the CD and was told they don't have CDs of x-rays.  They said they could email the x-ray.  I confirmed my email address.  When the x-ray didn't arrive I called the office and left a message.  Again they never called me back. I also logged into the portal and attempted to send them a message.  When I clicked Compose I got a window that asks, ":What type of message do you want to compose?".  But there is nothing to select nor anyplace to enter any text.  So there is no way to message them. Normally I would give this information to "management" but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that with a non-functioning compose window.  So now I am resorting to yelp.

There is little to no waiting in his office, and he is very respectful of your time. This is a big plus in my book. As an added bonus, the surgery he did on my foot had zero pain afterwards. I know that is going to be different for everyone, but I fully expected it to hurt after the pain shot wore off. It never did and has healed perfectly.

More than 2 months later, it's still doing great! A few weeks ago Dr Reeves performed Bunion and hammertoe surgery on my left big tie and 2nd toe, and I'm completely amazed at how quickly I'm healing. I took heavy painkillers for the first 24 hours after surgery and then Tylenol the following 24 hours. In the 2 weeks since then, I have only taken Tylenol 4 or 5 times total, and that was usually a result of me overdoing what I was supposed to be doing. I walked 2 miles on 2 different days 2 weeks after surgery and I feel like I'm improving with each day.
