Came here on a weekday and the views were amazing! My husband and I rented out a daybed for the first half of the day. It was $25 pp. the daybed was great! It gave us shade for the whole time we were there. Our waitress Hollie was super nice and prompt with getting our orders in. We ordered a few drinks and a turkey sandwich. The sandwich was suuuuuper hard so we asked to switch it and we got the Hawaiian roll turkey Swiss sandwich instead. It was so much better. However....... The sandwiches were not freshly made. It literally came out of a fridge like from a convenient store and of course it cost $15.99. I guess we expected to be fresh since we were on the strip paying for premium price. The pool was soooo cold. It was not heated at all. I know it's summer, but if you're in the pool at 9am, it should be heated. Another thing that was disappointing was that only one side of the pool was open for all guest. So everyone was crammed to one side. I was surprised by that. The staff said they would open it at 10:30 and that never happened. Then was told they didn't have enough lifeguards and it would be closed for the whole day. The staff were not on the same page and were not being transparent with guests. Again, we are on the strip and people pay good money to go here and it was not available. I have to say, the other guests we spoke to in the pool also were complaining about the amenities that they paid for. There are a lot of suggestions to make the Paris hotel pool a better place. Heated pools, fresh food, and fully open the pool. The best thing that we experienced was the view. Overall, the view was beautiful, but our experience did not match it. read more

I planned a big surprise birthday party for my husband and I booked two villas so we could accommodate everyone. We had an amazing time. After booking online before pool season I emailed and was contacted back by Efrain as I was trying to get both of my villas side by side. My contact back and forth was seamless. Villas were comfortable, clean and with the amenities you need for a great experience. Once I arrived I was escorted to my villas and showed everything I needed to know. The only regret I had when I swam here was that I didn't swim opened in the morning when it opened as the crowd isn't too big and the sun doesn't hover over the swimming pool area. I don't know if I will stay at Paris Las Vegas anytime soon. If I have the opportunity to come to Pool a Paris Las Vegas I'll come here in the morning right when it opens to enjoy the shade while looking at the background behind the Eiffel Tower. read more

We rented a "De Lux Cabana" as a birthday gift for my mom months before our trip, and were kindly upgraded to a Villa at check-in. The space was air conditioned, extremely comfortable and just the right balance of shade, mist and sun right under the Eiffel Tower - absolutely perfect. The BEST PART OF OUR DAY was our waitress Autumn. She was kind, attentive and conversational and kept spirits high working on her birthday in 110° heat. By the end of our 5 hours, we were asking if she was working again and how we could get in her section from now on. Ask for her by name - she is fantastic. You can get food delivered from almost every restaurant in Paris to the pool, plus a selection of cold sandwiches. There's also free water included with the cabanas - huge plus and highly recommend a rental if you want to make a day of the pool, even if you're staying in Paris. read more

Wonderful pool side experience. We paid for a small cabana and it was well worth it as we spent 6 hours next to the pool. The shade over was great enabling us to enjoy the warm air without getting burnt. Perfect to catch up on lack of sleep from being out late. We stayed at the Paris Resort in Las Vegas the first week in October 2025. The room was average, definitely less than expected compared stays in other resorts on the strip. We loved being at the pool. We rented a cabana one day and a poolside lounge the remaining days we were there. The pool is large and refreshing, not too cold and not too warm. However, it can use a filter upgrade as the water was cloudy every day we were there. Maybe an "only biodegradable sunscreen" policy would help too. The poolside service was great. In general, most staff work very hard all day to ensure guests are taken care of. We especially loved the upbeat, attentive, and fast service provided by Kat and the personable demeanor of Carla each day we checked in. Kat was by far the most personable poolside server, went out of her way to help us, and never made us feel like we were a burden. She was so cheerful all day long...we even noticed this about her on the days she was not assigned to our pool area. We also had Autumn for one day, who was very professional and attentive. One day our server was Dre, who was not very personable and focused on the minimum check-ins with us during the day, such a contrast to the other staff. The lifeguards were very professional at the start of our week, but by the end had started exhibiting more immature behavior amongst themselves. I think they forget guests can hear and see their antics. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the pool the most of all the Paris Resort offerings. The only thing keeping us from returning is the expense. In the past three years, prices have gone up substantially, the smallest cocktails start at $23 and at $200 per night I expect more than an average room. In the end, Vegas is fun while you are there, no matter where you stay. It's who you are with that makes the experience memorable. read more

It was a scorcher kind of day in the Las Vegas heat. Labor Day, something like 106 degrees. My husband and I were beginning our 7 day vacation and I wanted to do something outdoors, but relaxing. Renting a cabana at the Paris pool was perfect! We had shade, a fridge stocked with cold water, and a mister cooling us off when we laid on our loungers. Oh, and a pool. What we did not expect was an amazing cabana server named Kat. She was super friendly, cheerful, and she took care of our every need. We've had poolside service at other hotels in the past, which is great so we do t have to stand in line at the bar or cafe. However, most servers don't check up on you that often. Kat was an exception. She told us to put a towel over a planter in front of our cabana if we needed service. We never had to because she checked on us before we ever did. She even brought us large cups of ice water consistently, even though there were bottles in our fridge. We found out that she not only took care of cabanas, but pretty much the whole pool area! And our cabana was very private and out of the way, meaning her service to us was intentional. She is just great at her job! So, if you are at the Paris pool in Las Vegas, be sure to look for Kat. She is fun to talk with, has a warm personality, and a great work ethic. Too bad all young women her age working with the public are not so inclined.
