Poolsavers are Pool Scammers. Had a new filter and pump installed, and the installation man said he will come back to finish the job. After 2 weeks of calls and messages to both him and his boss Ivan. It is clear that it will never be finished. Ivan, the boss, told us that the person sent out to do the job, that it is their personal responsibility and nothing to do with Poolsavers. That was due to the fact that it was not on his invoice he generated for us. However it is on the quote that was left for us when they inspected our pool. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We are in the middle of lodging our complaint to the ACCC. read more
