I have over 30 years of experience in marketing and business consulting. The owner, Chris is a crook. 1. Firstly, the majority of his reviews are generated by Chris himself trying to circumvent the negative reviews. I know this as it's a common tactic we use in the field, though it's frowned upon. Chris even spoke to my client about how he'd make fake reviews for his company to get him started. Notice the various 1 review new accounts? 2. When hired to create a landing page, he spends less than 30 minutes using AI to create it very poorly. While this is common in the industry, it requires perfecting the result as AI makes massive mistakes. He does a terrible job at making a polished product, then promised it'll be fixed and it never is. In the end, your Logo remains tied to a bad product. 3. He put my client on a reoccurring payment plan and when my client asked to have it canceled, Chris never responded again. Since then, my client has been billed over $2k which resulted in needing to start a case with the bank for reversal. 4. After cancellation, Chris went to the initial marketing platforms he created for my client and changed the contact information and services offered to different things, which my client does not offer. Now there is a page with my clients logo and company information, tied to claims of offering services he doesn't offer, tied to a phone number that isn't even real! There are several issues here including malpractice, trademark infringement, and theft as a starter. This is a con artist. This can cost your business it's entire future. I have evidence of it, in video, Mark admitting he found the images online but he will take them down once we sent him our photos. He did not, maybe he liked his better. Now we are being sued, $10,000 per photo and there are 5 of them. Mark continues to deny it is his fault, even though it is in video from him admitting it. He says we uploaded those, and can't explain why he said on the video that he did... I will be having to sue him now to cover my expenses. I already have fired him due to the ever increasing monthly fees and the fact that if anything happens, it is because I didn't take the extra options I could have paid for... My new website people read his emails and laughed, said they hate seeing people like Mark making a bad name for website companies. I tried to offer Mark to take responsibility and he just kept talking in circles, now the attorneys can handle it. Mark and Stacia talk a good game. They don't back it up and they just want to keep charging more and more for the service, with backhanded threats of what will possibly happen if you don't add this or that service.
