They put up with daily check calls. The service was excellent from the cattery. On collection they looked well and groomed and happy. They were settled back home within minutes. Cleanliness of facilities was superb and no smells. Both cats look as if had a wonderful weeks hols. Bazil and Tilly look forward to their next stay at westcott. We can look forward to using them again and would recommend Westcott cattery to all cat loving owners as a warm friendly and happy catery! We have been taking our two mischievous kitties here since they were 8 weeks old and they are now…read moreboth 2 and a 1/2 years old. Grove Lodge have neutered, vaccinated and fixed them up when they've got themselves into trouble!! At all times the veterinarians have showed real care and compassion. Twice we have really needed them and they were so lovely both times. One morning we came down to find one of our boys in shock on the lounge floor, on a bank holiday weekend no less!! Grove Lodge saw us within half an hour and immediately took him in for x-rays etc. The results were sent to a kitten consultant in west sussex, as they wanted an expert opinion (something to do with bone formation), and he called us a few hours later to let us know he fractured his pelvis. They were honestly so kind and took the time to explain how to look after him when we picked him up. We were even given a little pack containing all the info plus the bits and bobs we needed. The other time wasn't quite so dramatic but we needed their emergency services (they have a 24/7 animal hospital in Worthing). I called them on a sunday morning as the other scallywag hurt his tail. They took a few details then a nurse called me back and he also sought the opinion of a doctor to rule out a broken tail over the phone...then they booked us an appointment for our local grove lodge the next day! So to sum it all up, they are all really friendly and show true kindness towards the pets and the humans too!! Excellent service, we're proud to have them as our vet.

Very Bad experience with this vets I would strongly suggest to stay away from them, We have a 7…read moremonth old Pug that has been diagnosed with Shunt - and all this vets could care about was money and referral fees, We had been charged for scans that hadn't been needed after seeing a specialist they recommended who did the scans yet again, but the correct ones. We opted out of an operation for our dog (not because of money ) but the life he would or could possibly have after. since this they have not been interested and rude to my wife a few times over the phone. If you want a caring vets that are not just after your money - then stay away

They way they handled the euthanasia of our cat was nothing short of shocking. I have spoken to quite a few people in the area about this and we are not the only ones to have issues. I have tried to complain and ended up with an email after a month of waiting which basically ignored the majority of my concerns. I have registered my other cats with a different practice and I would urge everyone to do the same. Highcroft vets is ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY. YOUR PETS WELFARE WILL BE SECOND TO THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU MUST USE THEM DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING THEY SAY

I came across this place on my travels around various Aquatic shops before christmas. It's a little…read moregem! The prices are excellent most of the products were about internet prices. They have around 100 tanks and are expanding to marine fish in May 2011. They have great selection of most popular fish and some great unusual ones. Only real issue I had was the stock was a little low but I was told this was due to the cold/snowy weather and they didn't like ordering live stock in these conditions. They also have a good range of reptiles which are all captive bread which I find is a nice selling point. Only went for a look at the aquatics came away with a lizard.
