Most of Naples is fast street food and pizza, and fried goodness. This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered.
We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!
