There are not of reviews for this establishment. This use to be a great place to come to. The food is still really good and most of the servers are very good. The servers are friendly and treat you very well. But they can't keep servers. It definitely is not as busy here since new owners took over and lost or pushed out all their good staff The beer is not cold. They use to have a buffet every Friday at lunch but the steam table quit working and they are too cheap to fix it and no longer have the buffet that drew many in. The kitchen doesn't process orders in sequence. The kitchen will also serve an easy entree (at least hot and fresh) before a salad if it easier to do (I guess) They don't fix anything and have lost business because of that. They would rather create a karaoke space that this small town is not in to. They haven't taken the time to understand their clientele and would rather spend money to create a second floor bar and dance floor than keep good staff and continue to keep a good overall customer experience. Poncho's - Only tv - American Near Me

We went into Poncho's on a Sunday afternoon. The premises was clean and tidy. Two wait staff were on. They were friendly and efficient. There were 3 or 4 big screen tvs with excellent reception. They had 3 or 4 beers on tap, as well as can/bottle beer. Poncho's probably had the largest selection of coolers & ciders that I've seen. Hard liquor and wine were also available. People were streaming in for Sunday supper and most patrons appeared to be locals. I would say that things have changed considerably since Mike's review in 2014.
