I told him needed to used the restroom and just heard my number called rush back. Just need to know if I have to wait for another hour or 2 since full house already. I need to know. He went to check for me Thank God I asked, cause he informed Ms Barrios. She called me in and ask what I was therefore. She was so nice,helpful & very professional. She answers all my question & some things she was not sure she approach another colleague who specialized on that program. And got answers to them. Highly RESPECT her doing so. I was BLESS to have met these two. Employees. Mr. Zamora & Ms.Barrios had care and Compassion in what they do compare to some Agents, didn't care at all. Later on, they moved the shop to the City of Montclair. As an young teenager, I would help sew pillows at my Dad's shop. My Mom would sew the cushions and pillows. My younger brothers would fill the pillows. It was a family affair. Every time I drive into Pomona, it would bring me back to the good old days with my Dad, Mom, and brothers at the shop. Miss you Dad! Nowadays, I know Pomona as a place I bring my Mom to go recycle cardboard and pilates as there are a couple recycling centers in this city that she likes to go to. There are shops and restaurants on Holt Blvd that I used to visit in the past. Pho Ha on Indian Hill Blvd used to be my parents go-to lunch spot back in the days. There is the indoor swap meet for those who want to snatch some good deals. Hoa Binh is a popular Asian supermarket that's been around for decades. A lot of the buildings are somewhat dated in Pomona. The streets could be better well maintained. Of course, every city has its old and new. Whatever brings us to the city is what we resonate with. Remember, always find good in everything and everyplace.

Was able to leave and run errands etc. Didn't get called til 4pm! (They close at 5pm). Only 3 workers there. The one we saw was VERY nice and SUPER HELPFUL. Spoke to him for about 5 min but our issue was resolved and payment was received 2 days later.
