i called polyclinic before i went to make sure they took my insurance plan ( i have the best plan possible). the office said yes and i went there with a sick child. they took my co-pay and i waited over one hour only to be told that they didn't take my plan. they said i'd have to pay almost $200 out-of-pocket if we wanted to be seen immediately or go somewhere else. as a parent i paid so we didn't have to go elsewhere. after a 3 minute exam we were sent home. it turns out we were covered by our plan and they sent polyclinic a check on 10/6/16 to cover the visit! on nov. 15, after still not receiving our refund, i called polyclinic and they said they just received it. nonsense! i told them i'd pick up the check and when i went the next day they told me that they had mailed it out. never, never, never would i ever recommend this terrible business!!! they have no clue on what they're doing. they have no consideration for the only patients waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. there were no other patients waiting to be seen. please for the sake of your well-being find another medical office to treat you. there are other competent ,professional offices elsewhere.
