I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience! I am writing this to highly recommend the fee is worth the service! Professional, quick, no stress! See you next time go see Tracy Lezotte! Donna kept us in the loop about price drops as well as RCI's increase in gratuities. We were eligible to lock in the existing rate by prepaying gratutities, which we did.
