In the past I have used other agents and they were terrible compared to Nick. He made great recommendations to stage my house and took amazing professional pictures of my house and neighborhood. He even took great drone shots to show the house, neighborhood and the activity center. He made glossy flyers and cards. Then he went through and gave out cards and flyers in the neighborhood. Before putting the house on the MLS he advertised online and set up a successful open house. He created a competition by getting multiple offers, negotiated like crazy and sold the house for a little more than asking price! All of that was done and the house was sold in 9 days! On the purchase of my new home he knew so much about the neighborhoods and had so much patience. I was a terrible client and wanted to see a bunch of places. We ended up buying a house Nick found on our second trip out. He helped negotiate a great price of $20,000 off my new home. Nick was great to work with. Handled every question with professionalism and walked me through the entire complicated process and made it easy for me. I highly recommend Nick. You won't be disappointed. I will definitely use him again.

However, there are not enough accolades I can give to the tremendous professionalism, marketing, advertising and exceptional technologies used far beyond most, if not all, real estate companies. Believe me, it tremendously important to have the above when choosing an agent. Johnathan and his entire team were there for us at all times, any time. And Mahriah Tucker with the team, outrageous in her finding the exact condominium we needed. Talk about being there every step of the way with assistance morning, noon and night! Mahriah took care of everything! If I sound excited, I am. What could have been a very stressful time of selling, buying was a smooth transition when you have jalexander team behind you. I am going to post this five-star review everywhere I can. You all deserve it. Thank you for an awesome job Johnathan and Mahriah!!!!!!

I truly loved living at Casa Costa, but once I purchased a home and started the move out process,…read morethe nightmare began. Caution-reserving the elevator means you are no longer a resident, and your access will be cut off. I suggested a simple phone call or email be sent asking if it was a complete or partial moveout. No one asked they only assumed. That is only the beginning. They have new moveout rules and require an official check or money order made out to Casa Costa Condo Association. Most people know that once you have a money order made out to someone you, yourself cannot cash it. After my "partial" move out, I was given my money order back. I said I couldn't do anything with this. They suggested I go to the bank and Publix and try to cash it. I'm speechless at this point. Off to the bank I go and then to Publix to receive the same info I already knew-ONLY the recipient can cash the check. So after contacting Castle Management Group, I was told to send an email with my forwarding address and drop off the money order. They would then mail me the elevator reservation check. I did. About a month later I receive a check for the association deposit refund for 1K, not the 500 moveout check. Here's where it gets awful- Cause they ASSUMED my elevator reservation was a "complete" moveout they sent the 1k check and turned off all access to the building. I was locked out of the garage and building for 7 CALENDAR DAYS!!!! I called and emailed, and it got nasty. They then sent an email saying they were NOT going to deal with me cause I was no longer a resident. Which I was for another three weeks!!!! At this point, my hands are tied cause they owe me money. I then contacted the better business bureau and Castle Mgmt Group in Plantation and spoke to Hope. She was delightful and asked me why no one called me and asked if I was totally out or not. I said good question-you tell me?? She had my 500 moveout check overnighted to me. I received it five weeks after I moved out. In all, I wish this pain and stress on no one, not even someone I dislike. It was a living hell. I caution you- the move out procedure is the worst I have ever experienced. One simple phone call, asking me if I was entirely out or not would have saved everyone this awful experience.

Not only did it take 5 phone calls and messages for him to finally return my call, upon accepting his call, he would not let me ask my questions or even get a word in edgewise and kept interrupting me and talking over me and shouting at me when all I was trying to do was find out about a rental property and see about getting some interior photos and ultimately try to GIVE HIM SOME BUSINESS. Then after I told him our time line for occupancy, he outright said he wasn't renting to us (when it's not even his property to rent). He was very arrogant and degrading and treated me like I was retarded when I know more about this industry and have been in this business for twice as long as him! Robert should be barred from being a Realtor and has zero respect for others. People like Robert should NOT be dealing with the public but should be a back-hand laborer with no interaction with clientele. He has absolutely no people skills and has no idea how to be professional or run a business. All I was trying to do was find out about a rental property for my daughter and he just kept shutting me up and yelling at me. BEWARE - YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE CRAP THEN HE WILL INSULT YOU AND HANG UP ON YOU.

Title: A Little Perspective…read more You people have way too much time on your hands to be writing bad reviews about other people like you don't have a life. There is so much going on in the world--people are dying every day, earthquakes, disasters, and so many serious problems--and yet some of you are spending your time writing nasty reviews because you called or went into the office, didn't like the answer you received, or simply didn't get your way. The minute someone in the office doesn't give you the answer you want, suddenly that person is the worst person in the world. Come on, go get a life! What I've realized is that you cannot please everyone. If things don't go your way, suddenly the office staff is wrong. I have lived here for a long time, and I pass through the office to get my coffee sometimes. I have personally seen the way some residents speak to the people in the office, and some of you come across like you feel entitled. Let's remember something: this is not your house. This is an apartment community, and there are rules that ALL of us have to follow--including the office staff. And one more thing: I am aware that calls are recorded. So when you claim someone was rude to you on the phone, don't you think the people at the main office can hear those conversations too? Stop making false claims simply because you didn't like the answer you received. If you don't like the rules or don't like what you're being told, that doesn't mean you should go online and write a bad review filled with things that aren't true. There are rules everywhere, and we all have to follow them. If you truly don't like where you live, then leave and find somewhere that suits you better. I saw someone complain about having roaches for three years. Is that really the office's fault when we all know pest control comes every Tuesday? At some point, residents have to take responsibility for keeping their own apartments clean too. Should the office staff come into your apartment and clean it for you? Then there are complaints about iguanas. We live in Florida! You complain about bugs--we live in Florida! You complain about everything. If they are working to improve the property, that's a problem. If they cut the grass, that's another problem. And then I see complaints about rent increases. What apartment community doesn't raise rent or add fees? That happens everywhere. I'm not saying everything is perfect, but some of these reviews are completely unnecessary and unfair. If you don't like living here, find somewhere else that makes you happy instead of constantly tearing down the community. There are plenty of people who actually love where they live and appreciate the community. Not everything has to be turned into a complaint.

They don't listen to your concerns nor care, and will blame everything on you. Again, do not rent here.

Highlight: I've lived here for a few months already and out of all the apartments I've hung with in…read morefriends places, I definitely consider this place one of the nicer apartment complexes. The venue feels new and is always maintained, you feel your rent matches the quality of the place you're staying, the people who live here are young professionals and tend to less party and wild, there is valet trash, awesome coffee (Starbucks) in the residential lounge, free printing and nice macs in the computer lounge, fun residential get togethers occasionally, secured parking garage, and the units feel clean/new. $1300 roughly for a studio- I think it's worth the investment if you want a nice place to live here in South florida. Some places in Boca charge higher prices but for lesser properties. I think this price I am paying is perfect for the kind of apartment Alta is. Apartment Units: The pro is that everything is marble top, modern coffee brown wood, and has a nice clean feel. You don't feel like you're moving into layers of gunk built on residues of past tenants. The air conditioning/heater is my only main problem- b/c the units are small and the air is fast/hard and strong, your room will be freezing cold for a short part of timeand then when the temperature hits set point, the apartment can get stale and stagnant- definitely true in the late fall time when the weather is still humid and gross outside but temperature isn't hot enough to move the air to turn on in the apartment. Maintenance: very on time, and you can put in work orders and expect them to take care of your request by the end of the day. There is valet trash and the property management keeps this place smelling nice (indoor hallways) and vacuumed and clean. Makes coming home everyday nice. People who live here- generally professionals, quiet folk, and people who have decent incomes. I lived in Boca Raton near Town Center and the crowd was questionable at times to where I didn't feel safe walking in the parking lot. I feel if I leave my door unlocked for a weekend, I wouldnt be worried about theft or people breaking in. Coffee- they have this nice Starbucks Coffee in their already nice residential lounge with TVs , movie theater area, and tables for people to hold meetings and play billiards while drinking coffee Swimming pool- it's a full 25 yards pool- enough so people can feel relaxed and lounge in it but also enough for athletes to swim laps for a full workout. Comfortable lounge chairs and never too noisy. There are also barbecue pits for people who want to do a cook out. There's a nice large dog park behind and also you're connected to the Delray Golf club from behind within walking distance. Parking- the garage makes one feel safe- Ive never locked my car before and I even park in guest parking downstairs without security and never feel worried about people breaking in or vandalizing my car Front desk- friendly people in the front. My fav is James, who is super chill and can help you with whatever concerns you have.
