It smelled amazing and everyone working there is super nice. The tacos are $2 & filled with meat. I ordered 4, but only finished 2 and the next day the corn tortillas held up so well after I reheated it. Which is solid because most street tacos tortillas will usually fall apart. They had option of hot sauces, including a mild cactus hot sauce. Also a variety of toppings you can stick In a little bag instead of using those plastic ramekins. This is a cash only establishment but they take Venmo. I will absolutely be back more often since I usually never have cash on me, which is why I didn't go over before. This is truly such a LA Vibe for amazing street food.

$2.00 tacos in this economy? I didn't even think this was possible! I ordered four tacos in total: two al pastor tacos, one lengua, and one cabeza taco. You start by ordering on the left side of the stall, pay for your food, and work your way right where all the garnishes and sauces are. Of the tacos I tried, my favorite was by far the cabeza. The meat was fatty and rich and melt-in-your-mouth tender. I would definitely recommend a squeeze of lime and raw diced onions to help cut the richness for a more balanced bite. With the al pastor, Brothers Cousins has a bunch of meat already sliced and diced up on the grill top, which unfortunately means unless you're getting the pieces of meat that are directly contacting the grill, you're not going to get the crispy bits that make al pastor so delicious. You do get a piece of pineapple with the al pastor, so that's a nice touch. Not my al pastor, but far from the worst. Overall, I cannot recommend Brothers Cousins enough if you're in this area -- the tacos here are seriously delicious and you're getting insane value. I hope they're able to maintain the $2 price point well into the future.
