If you're looking for an honest, reliable RV repair company, I can't recommend RV Hero enough. We…read moregot their name from our campground office after our refrigerator stopped working. They first tried to repair it, but when it became clear it couldn't be fixed, they replaced it quickly and made the whole process easy. Just two days later, our AC started failing in the middle of triple-digit Texas heat. Brad was amazing and sent out a tech right away. Brad went above and beyond, working directly with the warranty company and advocating for us when they initially tried to underpay for the replacement. Thanks to his persistence and the effectiveness of the tech Jake, we had a brand-new AC installed within just a few days. Their communication throughout both repairs was outstanding. Jake was professional, kind, and incredibly respectful of our RV. They used furniture and floor covers, cleaned up everything afterward, and put everything back exactly where it belonged. You honestly couldn't tell they had been there--except that everything was working again. It's rare to find a company with this level of customer service, professionalism, and integrity. We are so grateful to Jake and the entire RV Hero team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing RV service.
