The quality of the house itself can be lived with but the quality of work from the contractors that were used is the worst I have ever seen, it is very obvious that they only care about building it as cheep and as fast as possible with zero regard to quality of work. I am going to have all the plumbing and Hvac taken out and totally redone the right way on my dime plus the support posts have to be detached and moved so they are in a straight row so I can put a wall up without it zigzagging through the middle of the basement. My recommendation is hire a professional builder and get what you want, this House didn't save us any money when all said and done.

Went to Tri State Speedway last night and had a great time! Went with a group of friends and…read morewatched live racing. The warm ups started around 6:30PM, racing started at 7:30PM, and ended around 10PM. Tickets were roughly $20-25 for adults, which may seem like a lot, but you are at the track for a long time and you can bring in a small cooler, which will help you save on food and beer money. Students 12-18 were $15-20 and kids 12 and under were free. Ticket prices vary depend on the event. You can bring your cooler, or you can grab food at the concession stand. They serve hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and fries. The line moves pretty fast, each window has a holding container and you can just grab what you like as you go through. They didn't put a ton of food out at a time, so food was not just sitting there. I got a double cheeseburger and fries which tasted pretty good and were both fresh. They have ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles at a condiment station. I'm not a huge racing fan, but I really enjoyed myself. It was exciting and the fans are really in to it. Good family fun, not far from Evansville, IN. Tips- you will definitely want to bring some earplugs or other ear protection, a cooler with food and drinks, and cash.

I called back a day later and we set a time to meet at an agreed time. On my way there to meet him to sign the contract and get the details finalized, he calls me and tells me that he doesn't have a DJ for that day and he doesn't know if he can get one and he will try and let me know. I said OK what happened and he said he must have forgotten about that event he scheduled him for.... Meanwhile, trying to remain calm, because my event is less than 30 days away, he tells me he might be able to find another DJ to cover it but the price may be more now. He also starts asking me about uplighting and curtain lighting and that it is very expensive and he is going to have to charge for it. I said wait, you just told me 5 days ago it was free? Why are you charging me now? He goes into this long speech about expenses and what not. I said you quoted me free and it should be free then. He then tells me it would be an additional cost of $150.00 and I said your Facebook and website states $100.00 why the additional cost? He says because it is short notice? When the night came, a friend of Terri's- Marcus- was the DJ for my wedding. The night went well, our guests had a great time and majority of everyone danced. There was however, a few things as the bride that I was unhappy with. For example, he didn't play our correct walk in song, he didn't pronounce our name right, I had to ask him to dismiss for dinner when it was in the notes, I had to ask him to play a certain song that we had outlined in our notes to be played following the mother/son dance. I had to ask him to start the garter/bouquet toss when that's was also in the notes I gave him. There was only one slow song played the whole night. Overall the night went very well, but I felt I had to push him to keep the night rolling. After the conclusion of the wedding, Terri reached out to me asking how Marcus did. I explained all this to Terri; basically saying Marcus did well and was very professional, but there were things I was displeased with. I receive no response from Terri after this, and instead I receive paragraphs from Marcus criticizing everything I mentioned and then some. He blamed everything I mentioned back on me as well as calling me... and I quote "nitpicky". He called me rude for never offering him food or drinks throughout the night... as a bride I don't feel like I should have to think about if the DJ is catered to. He never once apologized for anything. After paying $1700 for this service, I could not be more upset over the disrespect I have received. I may have had a different outlook if Terri had been there, or at least apologetic about my concerns.
