I arrived on time and was asked to sit and wait. 15 min later I still hadn't been called for my appt, which usually only takes 7-10 min. I looked over and saw all the chairs filled for pedicures, etc. I asked about my appt at 10am and she said it would be a little while yet. I asked why I had to wait longer for my appt.. I didn't ask those sitting in the pedicure chairs if they were walk-ins or scheduled.. and I should have. I just feel really put out by this place ( I had been going there for over a year) not acknowledging my courtesy calling for an appt and making me wait. I'd rather be a walk-in elsewhere.
