Can't say enough about this place! Been a customer for 12 years ever since we moved here. They have a wide variety of services including facials, pedicures, gel nails, and all kinds of hair services! Their product lines include morracan oil and kune. plus duke cannon for men. Our whole family goes including the grands. Always been treated with kindness and respect. This is a great Salon N Spa! I've had my hair done at the Salon for over 10 years. The personnel watch out for each other and the customer. They want to make everyone feel welcome including walk-Ins. I had a pedicure today and it was relaxing and professional. I love the barrels that steam your legs and feet instead of soaking in water. Seems much more sanitary and steam opens pores and softened my cuticle and calluses. My other location for pedicures just lost a customer to this great experience. Renee A. read more

A friend and I went for a nice relaxing visit. Her hair turned out ok, she got a color done. I got a cut and it was fine once I fixed it at home, they missed a bunch of hairs as they were sticking out and longer than the others. Got some product for styling, which was nice, recommended by stylist. Purchased a "specialty coffee", and it was AWEFUL! I couldn't choke it down and ended up dumping it, same with my friends. Skip the coffee, and cut, there are other places. Not a place I'll go to again. read more

Gloria and the girls have always been extremely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help me out with anything. I went here for a facial & eyebrow/lip waxing 8 days before my wedding. I was never once asked if I had sensitive skin or told there was a chance of some sort of reaction. That night I had what I thought at the time was a couple pimples above my lip showing up, which I did not worry about since I had the facial I expected some to show up after. But in the morning I woke up with a lot worse, there were what looked like blisters above my lip. Not just a couple, several of them from my lip line up to my nose. I freaked, because I was getting married in a week. I then went on GJ's facebook page & asked them what to do about the blisters. My question was deleted a few hours later without any answer. I thought okay they just don't want any other customers to see that someone got an allergic reaction to one of their products. So I decide to leave them a message instead. Days went by & I had received no response. I had to seek advice elsewhere to find out what to do. They were in fact blisters caused by an allergic reaction to the wax. Lucky enough they were almost gone by the time I got married & what was left was covered up so you could not see them. But still to this day I have received no reply from them. I will never go back to them again & neither will any one I know. They have lost quite a few customers because of this. Very poor customer service, it is shameful of them I think, that they could not even acknowledge me at all. read more
