My first visit to Polished in Leamington. Against the advice of some others concerned about the higher prices, I went to Polished because I expect the price to reflect a better job. I wanted to get my car cleaned properly prior to selling it and went for the "Gold" option which is midway up the scale. The result was a well cleaned car, however I did find various things missed. I complained about this and the staff were very courteous and helpful in sorting it out, though that did cause me a delay of about 45 minutes. They told me the jetwash (not handwash) must have missed under the spoiler, that easily came clean with a damp cloth. The area behind the seats into which the hood folds was completely missed by whoever hoovered it. I also found some surfaces inside had not been touched including the central console and by the dials. Outside the car, the mirror casing had been missed as well. I would rate two three star but the courteous and helpful staff making amends for the missed parts raises it to three star. A discounted price would have got four star has the job overall was quite good, just let down by some area quite obviously missed, perhaps due to a rushed job.
