When I scheduled with Kristen, I could tell I was entering into a quality experience simply by her knowledge of which service would be best, her efficiency in getting me scheduled, and ease of answering my questions. The fact that they could guarantee me a one-hour window in which the service would take place has them beating competitors hands-down. I find nothing more frustrating than having a three to five hour service window and having to reschedule my entire day to be available. Danny was able to arrive early, and called to ensure I was aware of his expected time of arrival. He was courteous, solution-focused, incredibly efficient, and willing to go above and beyond when the second pest issue we called about proved to need some "out of the box" thinking.
