Would someone please remind them they cannot give a guarantee with exceptions in any case. Cancelled my insurance with them, took about a week to receive the NCD, and still waiting after the two weeks to receive my refunded amount after cancellation. My policy was £1164 paid over 3x installments of £388, (1st as deposit) Cancelled 2 months after paying deposit and 1x Installment. Only to be told the refund will be just under £200. They've charged me a lot of money for cancelling even though I wasn't covered for long. So at time of writing I've received no money back and they're saying that for two months insurance I have to pay £576!
