I did not have an appointment but was greeted, asked what I needed and verified that I had the required documentation. Within 30 minutes I had a new license and registration. Thank you for being so efficient and friendly. The nightmare comes from trying to get the state inspection. Multiple garages in Front Royal but getting a same day inspection is almost impossible even showing up before the doors open. Oregon definitely had their $&!/ in one sock there. Quick easy and effective.

Only thing I would do differently is I would have asked if they could write up a document dictating how polygraph isn't like the movies and cannot be manipulated. if I had asked that they send that with the results I'm sure they would have obliged.

To get my test results I had to mail him $27 and he mailed me back a CD which arrived shattered (could have happened in the mail but I think it was intentional) and when I called to tell him he did not answer and will not return my calls. I don't know why an ex-police officer doing pre-employment polygraph testing for HIS PREVIOUS EMPLOYER is not immediately shut down as a conflict of interest. He's an interestin man to read about.

My daughter dropped her crayons in the back seat and we pulled to the side of a main street just off the expressway so I could retrieve them for her. We were in the Ashburn/Leesburg area at the time this happened. When I glanced up I was alarmed to see a police car pulled up behind us with his lights flashing. I was sure I'd made a foolish mistake somehow. I was pleasantly surprised to see that dear officer signal to me that I was OK and he was simply blocking oncoming traffic for us to keep us safe from an accident. I feel so honored to have been assisted and protected in this way even though it was only for a couple of minutes. Thank you for having wonderful police officers.
