The lady that answered the phone was very rude and condescending stating "A week?! Why would it be there for a week?!" Once I explain it wouldn't be above freezing until next Thursday she transferred me to an officer in the department. He was much nicer and explained what I needed to do. Not a great first impression.

There was a deputy sitting in his car and she walked over and asked if he could help her or use the phone to call someone. He said, "no". My mom then had to walk into town with only a sweatshirt on in freezing cold temperatures. Shame on you officer may your mom, wife or daughter never be in a stranded situation where someone who should help doesn't.
