Received a message from the polish side of the business declaring that the ferry from Nynäshamn to Gdansk had been cancelled and asked to call a polish phone number specified in the email. Tried to call that number without anyone picking up. Decided then to call the Nynäshamn office but found it to be closed(national holiday). You as a business are entitled to call in overtime work if something of this magnitude happens. I managed to get a reply on Polferries facebook page after four hours asking me to call the Nynäshamn office(which was closed). I asked some follow up questions of which none have been answered. I find it strange that no one has any answers or seem to care. read more
