I wanted to let you know why I'm going to return the glasses I just received for a refund. I was very excited to find a pair of glasses I liked, and your company seemed new and innovative.
That night after I came home from your store I went online and ordered the glasses.
Since that day there have been many disappointments. The order I put in needed more details that were not explained online when putting in the order, which delayed the whole process of getting my glasses.
Then after waiting three and a half weeks, Polette sent me sunglasses instead of the normal glasses that I ordered.
The bottom line is this process wasn't easy and since Jump Street, I feel like I have to continually jump through hoops to get what I wanted, and paid for.
I guess 300.00 dollars doesn't seem like a lot of money to some people, but to me, that's a significant amount.
Now I have to drive back to Los Angeles 75 miles from my home to get a refund because Polette couldn't come through with what they said they could do, keep in mind that's 150 miles round trip because Polette could come through!!!
Ronny, this isn't a slight against you I know you just work for the company.
