Now I buy mostly from eyesite in Philadelphia and Cutler and Gross in NYC. This is a superb shop, run by a young Belgium guy who really appreciates the importance of personal service to deliver a satisfactory shopping experience for high end spectacle frames. There is a refined selection of frames from around the world, nicely presented in a beautiful space. He will custom design and make frames. This shop deserves to succeed.

I was very excited to find a pair of glasses I liked, and your company seemed new and innovative. That night after I came home from your store I went online and ordered the glasses. Since that day there have been many disappointments. The order I put in needed more details that were not explained online when putting in the order, which delayed the whole process of getting my glasses. Then after waiting three and a half weeks, Polette sent me sunglasses instead of the normal glasses that I ordered. The bottom line is this process wasn't easy and since Jump Street, I feel like I have to continually jump through hoops to get what I wanted, and paid for. I guess 300.00 dollars doesn't seem like a lot of money to some people, but to me, that's a significant amount. Now I have to drive back to Los Angeles 75 miles from my home to get a refund because Polette couldn't come through with what they said they could do, keep in mind that's 150 miles round trip because Polette could come through!!! Don't hesitate to visit them if you want another frame than the others. And they also developed the most fantastic sports glasses on the market, the 3D printed Seiko X-Changer. I have changeable, multifocal lenses in these glasses and I use them for biking, running, hiking, climbing, skiing, driving my car. And these X-changers are also my cheapest glasses. ;-)

I have visited this shop before and had a good time. But on…read morea recent very hot day in Spring 2016 I found very shopping experience very disappointing. For a luxury shop they need air conditioning. It was extremely stifling inside that day. The display does not allow you to touch many frames. I appreciate the idea that the staff will present each frame for consideration individually but this seems to go too far. Finally, even though I and my friend were both wearing their frames they did not seem very interested in customer service. I will not go back.
