In my experience, this company has demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism, extremely poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. TWICE within the past year, we instructed them to replace vehicles on our existing auto insurance policy. Due to their failure to properly handle these requests, a pregnant woman with a young child was driving WITHOUT AUTO INSURANCE FOR TWO MONTHS, completely unaware that she was uninsured! We discovered this extremely serious situation purely by accident. What makes this even more disturbing is that, once the issue was brought to their attention, they refused to accept any responsibility, despite written communications that support our account of what happened. Their excuse was that they had requested confirmation by email. However, confirmation had already been provided via text message! Instead of acknowledging the mistake, taking responsibility, and working to resolve the situation, they chose to make excuses. This is not a minor administrative mistake. This is a serious failure that exposed my family to enormous financial and legal risks. When you hire an insurance agency, you trust them to protect you and your family. In our case, that trust was completely broken. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
