They had 5 in stock and said they could expedite the installation since we had 3 RVs waiting just off the freeway exit. I was so impressed with their friendly and fast service I decided to purchase all 4 tires. They even gave me my Military discount. They promised a fast installation and did all 4 tires in less than 30 min, amazing! They knew I was pressed for time since we had a caravan of 3 RVs waiting to get on with the trip! What a blessing to find Point S in Battle Mountain! My older car quit on the long drive across northern Nevada. Though they were full with customers, they tried simple fixes to get me on the road so I could make my appointment the next morning. The problem was bigger. Dropped my truck off for an oil change. Ive had the same truck since 2006 and have been putting the same type of oil in. I have never been charged $85 for an oil change. I was never quoted a price so it was a complete shock to have such a high bill. I wont be going back for any service. As an update... Got a flat on my travel trailer today. When I went to change it, one of the lug nuts stripped. Fist tow company wasn't able to get the lug nut off. Was on a long trip from Phoenix to make it in time to Seattle for my daughters grad school graduation and had a major issue due to my Phoenix mechanic's negligence that had me stranded with 2 week repair backlogs everywhere. Enter JJ - the superhero and her crack staff that diagnosed the issue immediately and managed to get me back on the road again just in time to make the graduation. Pulling into town I heard this weird noise, and I had no idea what it was. I called my step dad in a panic, who owns a Tire Factory in Wells, NV & he directed me to Point S. I pulled in there & they were pretty dang busy but they managed to get me in & had me pull between the bays and two guys crawled on the dirty cement right underneath my car & screwed my spill pan (or whatever it is, cuz I don't know a THING about cars) & fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Stood up & showed/gave me the screw that id need if it came off again & sent me on my way. Their hospitality & kindness saved me from completely melting down. As I'm driving on the freeway on I 80 we started to get a flat The car was swerving some. So we pulled off the next exit. Low n behold there they were!! We were approached promptly by a very professional nice gentlemen. He quickly diagnose the problem grabbed a coworker, another nice guy received a quote right away it was fixed right away!! I'm traveling from Wells to Reno and I hit something that punctured my tire. I put a spare tire on but I didn't want to drive the rest of the way to Reno on a spare tire. The shop is closed on Saturday but they have an on call line. The guys were at the shop waiting for me to arrive, they patched my tire and had me back on the road! My car got a flat tire while I was traveling cross country. (Va to Ca) I brought my car to Point S and hoped they had my odd sized Mercedes tire in stock. They didn't. The extremely generous staff contacted their tire delivery supplier and the amazing woman working there drove my tires to meet the truck so I could have them installed the next morning. Every single staff member at Point S was extremely kind and helpful. I've never witnessed customer service on this level in any auto industry or in most industries across the board. LOVE THIS BUSINESS! I was driving across country with my daughter, and we had some serious tire trouble. We had been stuck for hours out in the wilderness, had quite the experience getting our tire changed, including the sheriff's dept (but that is another story). Long and short, we were about 2 hours out from Battle Mountain, with bad tires...and it was 3pm already! I called and talked to Tracy, who was literally so nice, and said they would stay open for us. We arrived around 5:30, and not only did the whole crew help with our tire situation (swapping tires, replacing our spare..), they were speedy fast, super kind, and made a super stressful situation actually really enjoyable. James knew how stressed I was and frankly, just made it better. When my daughter and I left, we had fresh fruit, and even a loaf of homemade zucchini bread. I can't recommend this business more. I also have a small business, and at the end of the day, treating people kindly, great customer service and honest business is just the name of the game . Lost a wheel and hub assembly going over a rough spot in the 80 freeway that was caused by fault line. Got towed into the closest shop by AAA and checked my car in the next morning. Was helped out by a guy named Anthony Hunt who was very professional and friendly! He had the mechanic stay late to have it finished in 1 day and got us back on the road with used parts for $404. So grateful for their quickness and help, would recommend to anyone!!! read more

Got new front/rear brakes in CA then took off a few days later for Maine. Day 1, brakes were making chattering/woodpecker noise on i-80! Was pretty scary. I pulled into the shop and the woman at the desk, Brianna, called the owner, Bryan, asap. He drove my car to hear the sound, and pulled it into the show immediately. We broke down about 15 miles away at about 2:30PM on a weekday. Atlas Towing Service recommended this shop as a towing destination. I called ahead and got Brianna and explained the problem. She struck me as very knowledgeable and despite being a tire place, it turns out they do some other repairs too! The way she spoke made it clear that she understood what I was saying and was well versed on car systems and what the issues might be. Once I had arrived, she told me that SHE HAD ALREADY ORDERED THE PARTS that she thought we might need. Yeah, before we even got there. And the ones we turned out not to need she said we wouldn't be charged for those. They also did a quick diagnostic check that night to see what other parts they might need for the car and ordered those too. Well we were on the road by 10AM the next day, which was the soonest they could get the parts. Considering we were about 200 miles away from the nearest dealership, that was quite impressive! I doubt that we were their only customer, but it really felt like I was and I was their number one priority. It's the best compliment I can give as far as customer service. Thank you Brianna and gang for getting us back on the road. Oh and they also called us later that day to make sure everything was okay and we didn't overheat again. It really felt lke they cared. I've never seen a car repair place have a 5 star Yelp average but if anyone deserves one it's this place. I felt the price we were charged was very reasonable as well. read more
