I had Sentry car insurance and Point Insurance notified me Sentry Insurance would quit insuring me. I received a letter from Joe Mayer and Steve Schneider that I would receive information about comparable insurance policies. I did not get any information so a few weeks before my policy expired I contacted their office and spoke with a customer service rep. I decided to buy Hartford Insurance and after paying a 6 month premium it's been nothing but TROUBLE. HARTFORD STILL DOES NOT HAVE MY ADDRESS CORRECT. I called this to Karen's attention and I've received 6 letters from Hartford telling me my address is UPDATED. It's still wrong. My info card which I'm required to have in the car is WRONG. Now Travelers Insurance sent a bill collector after me because of some awful mistake done by Joe, Steve, or their customer Service Rep. On December 24, 2014 I sent Karen a copy of the Travlers bill and she apologized that I shouldn't have received it but apparently she NEVER contacted Travlers.
