I had three bedrooms that had been used like litter boxes by the previous owner of the home, and had covered it up with carpet. The small was horrible. They hauled it all away. They left all of the areas in excellent condition. The rooms were swept and made ready for the contractors to come in and place new flooring, baseboards and paint starting at 7am the next morning. I'm planning to have them back out to do a BIG yard cleanup, since they manage this type of cleanup and hauling as well! I highly recommend them!!!

He is a straight forward guy and will get the work done. Jesus will be my guy for all demo's in the future. I'm leveraging his services again for our driveway and side yard remodel. I reached out to him and he came the next day and started the work the few days later thankfully as it was a rerouting drain work and we need to start the work fast. Highly recommend him if you have a tight budget and need someone who has the man power to demo and get the work done.

While waiting for the other 3 to get me their bids, I decided to go with Ernesto that evening since he could start immediately while others couldn't start until the following week and it will take them 10-15 days to complete. Ernesto's bid was also the most competitive as well. The next morning around 8am, Ernesto showed up with his 20ft truck and a 20ft trailer ready to go. His crew of 3 worked very fast and efficient. Since Ernesto started, I also added some things on the list that weren't a part of the original bid. Ernesto graciously accepted the changes with reasonable additional charges of course. Regardless, Ernesto followed through with the tasks and finished everything including the added items in 5 short days. Everything was done properly and all debris was cleared out. His demeanor, professionalism, graciousness and flexibility were much appreciated. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ernesto for all your demolition and hauling services.
