Whenever we visited, the facility was pristine from top to bottom. I never saw any evidence of bugs or other invaders and bathrooms, floors, etc., were always neat and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful and when we moved out we were even refunded for time we'd paid for but hadn't used. Overall, great experience. We would definitely use this facility again if the need arose.
