She immediately put me on some medication, that, after a while, didn't improve my situation much. She was right on it. Not willing to allow me to just sit idly by, suffering. Got more aggressive with my medication. I appreciate a Dr. Who takes my pain & discomfort seriously. Also, on a personal note, she always takes my vitals, not delegating that duty to a nurse.

this "medical center" is not very reliable, professional, or clean. They will say they will do…read moreanything to help you with your problems but then they give up in the end. I had the laser liposuction last year and it was a horrible botched job. I could tell the very next day something was not right. My skin was extremely dimpled and did not fix any of the problem areas, it actually made them worse and puffy in spots that shouldn't have been. She tried fixing it with skin tightening treatments which I found out from true plastic surgeons will not fix anything. On top of that she was going to charge me for the treatments! But then had a "change of heart" and didn't charge me. After the one year mark of my legs still looking like someone just sucked out fat from certain areas and left the rest I asked if there was anything else she could do and she told me no. I asked for my money back and she laughed in my face and told me I would then have to pay for the skin tightening treatments she "gave" to me. I had multiple members of her staff tell me that my legs were not suppose to look like that and I needed to make sure she fixed it right. Needless to say I ended up having to get regular liposuction and fat grafting to fix the problem. The day after true liposuction I can already tell a difference. Please please do not trust her. I feel like she is very scatter brained and has not been technically trained well in a lot of the treatments she provides

Dr. Lilly and the nurses were great. I would actually give them 4 or 5 stars just because of they way they dealt with my son. My review is actually for the staff as this seems to be an ongoing event every time we go in there. Today we had an appointment at 11am to follow up on Kaiden's finger progress. We arrived for sign in at 10:45am and didn't get seen until 11:45. When I realized patients that came in after us were being seen first I went up to the front desk to ask if we were being skipped for some reason. She hadn't even pulled our file to remind her we were there waiting. There check-in procedures are lacking in my opinion. It's a simple sign in process on a clip board and the front desk crosses it out when she pulls your file. Unfortunately she crossed out our name and forgot to pull the file. When we were finally seen Dr. Lilly spent more time complimenting Kaiden on his good taste in boots (since they matched mine...lol) than he did looking at his finger. The whole process took about 2 minutes. Needless to say it was almost a waste to even come in but it had to be done just to be sure about Kaiden's finger. If this was the first and only time this happened then I wouldn't leave such a mediocre review but the other two times we came in they were double booked resulting in the same wait time for less than a 5 minute look at my son's finger.

I was only 18 mind you, your not suppose to get it done until 21 but Dr. Odell said that i could get it done anyway. when i went in for my procedure she ended up saying everything was fine. she had a little trouble getting one of them in, (I was awake for this whole procedure) Ever since I got this Essure procedure done i have had nothing but problems! I found out just recently by my other OB Dr. that Dr. Odell put 2 Essure Coils in my fallopian tube on the right side, and one coil on my left side! Ever since then i have had pelvic pain, increased vaginal bleeding, and regret about not being able to have another child :( i am 21 now and asked Dr Odell to refund my procedure by taking them out and stitching back the fallopian tubes or at least paying for my procedure to get done by another dr. She tried to set me up with an appointment which i refused! because she just stated to her nurse that I came in for a second time even though it is in none of my charts that says i came back to get another one in! I am appalled Anything she can do to make money even if its messes lives up! I wish something could be done! This Essure procedure is nothing but problems! The hospital should be shut down and have all your doctors study root causes, your'e not capable to treat nor have the capacity of knowledge to do so. FACTS 3.2 billion elderly are wrongly diagnosed and treated improperly leading to death yearly. Once society understand doctors are not in the industry to help you maybe change will happen, until then licenses will continue getting revoked. The CNA's and the nursing staff are very kind but they don't have power to make any change. The fault, as I see it, lies with management and the medical providers who do not or care about your concerns. They have tried to have me take down my earlier post on Google, because the State of Michigan is here inspecting the facility and I find that reprehensible. There are some departments that do deserve recognition, Activities, PT/OT, housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen receives low marks due to food quality and unwillingness to prepare simple items to increase patient quality of life. My posting this will probably make my life much more difficult but this needs to be known before you make a decision for the care of yourself or a loved one. The doctors on staff, Dr. Garrett Smith and NP-C Valarie do not listen to complaints or concerns, they outright lie to you and in my humble opinion are NOT to be trusted.
