Kamienica w której znajduje się Centrum Zarządzania Światem jest historyczna i będzie znowu artystuczna - jak tylko zostanie zakończona kompleksowa renowacja cześć mieszkalnej. Ten nastrój podtrzymuje lokal wypełniony po brezegi programem artystycznym, rozrywkowym i niemal społecznym. We just went in there for a beer and discovered they had free wifi for customers (score!) and nice bartenders and seemed to have a flux of regular customers. Many of the customers were old men who would just get off work and come in to the bar and order a shot of vodka, shoot it, and then leave. Pretty cool way to experience Warsaw and a city with so much history that I can't even wrap my head around it.

The Carbonara was wonderful, the pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was creamy and delicious and the dish was packed full of bacon. We had ten minutes before we had to leave to drive to the movie and asked the waiter if we had time for desert, he suggested the Apple pie and it was wonderful. Every dish was prepared very well with attention to detail and flavor and the service was very good. It was a fairly simple meal but it was perfect so I give 5 stars to Latem Bar. We will absolutely stop in again! As promised we returned for another wonderful meal. The pork was amazingly tender and was perfectly paired with the dates, crispy potato pancakes and mushroom sauce! The cheesecake was light and delicious! I highly recommend making a reservation on a Saturday night in the summer so you can not only enjoy the food but also the free jazz concert at 19:00, a lovely evening!
