I began using Pocono Dream Clean for my vacation rental cleanings in February 2020. The first few cleanings were very good but as time went on, the cleanings became sloppier and sloppier and renters complaining that my place was dirty when they arrived. I had complaints from my renters ranging from hair found around the bathroom sinks, sticky doorknobs and dirty light switches. The worst incident was when the company owner sent me a picture of a stain in the bedroom and I asked if she used the Resolve carpet cleaner to get it out. She replied that she already left my home and she did NOT clean it. In addition, (unless I asked), I was rarely made aware of repairs that needed to be done or items that needed to be replaced. For example, I had a hole in my back screen door and I found out about it several months after the hole was made when my husband and I went up there for a visit. The final straw came in October when I received a very unprofessional email from the owner stating that due to a staff shortage she can no longer clean my place and good luck in the future. I received this email on a Tuesday and the crew was scheduled to clean the following Thursday as well as 2 other cleanings that were on her calendar. The owner said she would speak with me that evening but did not return my text or phone message. I would not recommend this company due to the sloppiness and unprofessional actions. read more
