I normally use their ATM. On the few occasions I used their office, the customer service was prompt, professional, and very accommodating. Many of their customers at this location are elderly with special needs -- the staff goes out of their way to respond to all requests. My only concern at this point is that Leisure World is building a new Admin building and I hope Signal Financial FCU will continue to have a location in the new facility.

Having lived near the Cabin John Branch for 30 plus years, I frequented that location but also in the State Department, main LFXU office, and the Reagan Building. Having retired and moved from the area, I still manage monthly to use the Cabin John Branch and find that Murtuza Hussain, the Branch manager, is outstanding, responsive, fast and accurate. The Branch staff is likewise very helpful under his guidance. I enjoy visiting the Branch. I've recommended LFCU to my staff over the years and my family members have been members of LFCU. To me it is clear that if you want a positive banking experience, LFCU is the place to place your money and trust the Credit Union as it will meet most, if not all, of your financial needs.

You must connect to Zelle through the Schwab app. I have overdraft protection for my Schwab Bank account. That means that I carry a zero balance and money is automatically transferred from my regular Schwab investment account when money is drawn on the checking account Unfortunately Zelle will not let you pay someone if the account balance is zero. You must first transfer money between your Schwab accounts and then use Zelle. Who wants those extra steps?? Zelle had been convenient. Now I MUST use Schwab. Worst of all is that Schwab doesn't allow transfers on weekends, so there is nothing you can do ....no workaround at all. Try Fidelity or Vanguard. They have probably figured it out. Schwab should have designed a better, workable system!!

The staff experience was incredibly positive. I had hit a Zelle monthly limit and needed to withdraw cash and didn't have my debit card to complete the transaction myself. Angie (teller) and Sebastian (customer service rep) were both warm, friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I was shown how to add my debit card to my banking app for digital transactions as well as how to use it at the inside ATM. I'm so behind on technology but I appreciate being proactively offered. Highly recommended!

This is my first time coming to the Chinatown location of Eagle Bank. I've always loved Eagle Bank…read moreand the level of personal service that they provide, however I was very disappointed with this location. While the lady that assisted me wasn't rude, she wasn't as nice or personable as the staff at other locations. She was very dry and it seemed as if she was straining to crack a half of a smile. I withdrew a significant amount of money from my account and she didn't ask how I would like it broken down. I'm guessing that she just assumed that I wanted to walk around with a million twenty dollar bills instead of hundreds. She didn't ask if I wanted an envelope for the many 20's, not did she tell me where the envelopes were located...etc., etc. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the drift. Eagle bank is a small community bank where they are big on relationships. Most of the time, all of the staff knows each client by name. People that bank here are accustomed to very friendly and and exceptionally personable service. Unfortunately, this location missed the mark. If you don't really care about the service and/or the location is super convenient for you, then this location will certainly get the job done. Unfortunately, I don't see myself coming back to this location anytime soon.
