I visited this location at least 3 times a week to make bring deposits and make change for my job…read more I started looking forward to my visits because of the friendly staff such as Jovanna and Ellie. The lady with the straight black hair and glasses (I feel super bad I can't remember her name) is always very welcoming and always greeted me by name. I loved having friendly chats with the staff while doing my deposits which were also done quickly, efficiently, and with zero flaws. Something I also really enjoy about this location is how calm it is inside. I feel relaxed when I walk in. I don't have a Wells Fargo account myself but when I'm ready to switch I will definitely be heading over to Wells Fargo in Downtown Crown!

I just had the absolute WORST bank visit I've ever had in over 15 years of banking. Having said…read morethat, I have never, ever been treated so poorly as a customer in my entire life. The bank was empty when I arrived with my hyper toddler. After a grueling 15 minutes of waiting while the teller was being chatty with the customer in front of me, I kindly asked them if they could wrap it up. That's when the teller snapped at me, eyes bulging, telling me to be patient and wait my turn. After they finished the transaction they continued to chat and take their time. I had just watched the teller chat it up with the previous customer for 15 minutes with smiles and warmth. When it was my turn, Comlan didn't greet me or make eye contact with me. He was a completely different person all of a sudden. He had a serious edge. He huffed and puffed with a stone face, lips tight, snatching things about during my transaction. The teller got super pissed at the fact that I forgot my new pin # and didn't have an alternative form of ID. After the first identity protection question, I couldn't remember the exact date that I opened the account and that really sent him huffing and eye rolling. *long gap of silence later* * bored toddler throws tantrum * When I broke the silence and asked if there were anymore questions, he threw my license and debit card into the metal holder. He threw his hands up and told me that I was frustrated. Then he told me that he refused to continue with my transaction because he didn't feel "safe." After that he completely ignored me and locked his eyes on the screen, clicking away like I was invisible. I talked to the manager Debbie and she finished the the transaction with ease. She deeply apologized and was understanding. Before I left the teller made two snide remarks, snatched my receipt off the printer and threw it in the metal holder too. The manger was stunned, the look on her face said it all. She nor I could believe he did what he did. Despite the whole incident I'm glad that the assistant manager Gio was kind enough to try and entertain my toddler while we spent this terrible 30 minutes in Wells Fargo today.

I had to drop into this location to tcb. I love that this bank has realistic hours. Most banks have…read morethe standard 9-5 and maybe Saturdays. However, here they have later hours and are even open on Sundays. Plenty of parking, I was greeted as I walked in. A lady came out and asked me what I needed, so I did. She immediately sat me down in one of the cubicles. She even offered water. I have never been offered water at a bank! Cool. Shortly after, the manager, Frankie, came to assist me. Very professional and efficient in handling my banking needs. Although I'm loyal to my credit union, I'll definitely reconsider maybe down the road. In the past, I've been at other locations where the service was bad. I def recommend this location.

The banking is all done through online transactions using remote tele-service, though they usually have 2 or 3 staff members available at a physical location. But it's futile because they have no motivation and bad attitudes. They're plenty nice but they don't follow through. They rely on assuming what you need rather than genuinely trying to help. Its the worst banking experience that I've had. It also took me months to get my money back. They truly couldn't care less. They also never responded to any of my emails. I went to this bank as a result of low fees and good reviews. I thought tele banking was a good idea until I tried it. I understand that they're young and haven't got the skills yet but the fact is they showed no motivation in attempting to provide any help and in fact they even tried their best to get rid of people as fast as they could. Our money is their job. Just very shocked by their carelessness. And even more shocked that they are still around. If it wasn't for their free checking accounts, I don't think they would be able to last without training staff.
