By the time I was finally contacted by my agent, he had not completed my transaction and cost me over $1,500. I will never use Edward Jones again and feel they are incompetent.

We transferred our savings into an account with this office, and after a few months realized that we were not making any gains on our investments, because it was all going to commissions and fees. These people are not financial advisors. They are salespeople with only their own interests at heart. I really don't know how these people live with themselves. They literally convince people to turn over their entire life savings, with a bunch of promises. None of what they say is true. We lost over $10000 before we realized what was going on. We also find it absolutely appalling that there does not seem to be any legal recourse when these people take your money. No regulations at all! So, these people are "legally" stealing people's savings, and jeopardizing their retirement. I am angry about what they did to us, but grateful that we got out before more damage was done. We now manage our own investments. As we learn more, we are still amazed at the terrible funds that we were put in, so that these people could make their commissions. Stay away! Obviously, I would give less than zero stars if possible.

I like the fact that they were both well versed in all aspects of banking. With a friendly professionalism (that sometimes eludes those who work with the public) they enthusiastically responded with both accuracy & precision when answering my multitude of questions. The 5 star rating is based on the people at this location as well as several products offered by BOA. Of coarse BOA offers a plethora of loans, Mobile & online banking, several credit cards, both secured & unsecured some of which have fantastic cash back opportunities (read: definitely check them out. ie Preferred Rewards) BOA offers quite a few investment opportunities I believe primarily through Merrill Lynch. If you live in Palm Coast the BOA on Old Kings is definitely one of the banks you ought to consider doing business with.

Not to mention how smug and gleeful the bank employee was to tell me it was $5.00 per statement.
