I have been with this company for many years. I have purchased 2 houses with them. I now have a…read moreline of credit, which I called wanting to change it into a 2nd mortgage. When the line of credit was taken out, was instructed it could be changed to a 2nd mortgage when we no longer needed to use the line of credit. Their automated software is not the greatest. It took me a couple of tries to get it where it did not hand up on me. Next I was transferred to 4 different people and never got any results. Their automated system sent me a survey via my email address. I happily filled out the questions. I received a phone call from a gentleman who had my survey and asked more questions. He explained he could not help me because he just handled customer service. He assured me someone would be calling me to get this worked out. It's been 2 weeks an no phone call from anyone. You would think a corporation which has been in business for many, many years could train their employees to know how to do follow up.

Once I left home without my purse, so no way to get any cash, I went into the local branch on Frederica. They didn't know me, as I was logging into my account on my phone, the teller was putting in my information and watching me at the same time. I was able to withdraw the cash I needed to get my errands done without hassell. They have went over and above as far as I am concerned.
