I had two deaths in my family and decided to withdraw my listing because I was not having any success selling it. I withdrew the listing in April of 2023 and never heard any further from the company. Now I'm Looking into selling it as a cash offer and they are hounding me for their cut. They want paid for doing nothing! How is that fair? They are refusing to release me from my contract so I'll be stuck paying for a house I can't afford until their contract expires. I'm a single mother trying to sell a house I can't afford to upkeep and they think it's okay to come in and take a portion of my profit when they couldn't get the job done.

After chatting with Cathy Kindel, (realtor in this office) she took my thoughts and concerns to heart and knew my wants better than I did!! She was very thorough, genuine, and by no means pushy or aggressive. She's very sincere and down to earth. She found us the perfect home that checks almost all of our boxes. I would use her again and again. She made our transaction smooth and flawless. I give her a complete 5 star rating. Howard Hanna is lucky to have her on board. ** I think it's appropriate to note that while attending a few open houses in the area, we encountered other real estate agents (not from this office) that knew we had a real estate agent we were working with, but we're willing to sway us to work with them. I didn't like that as I found it rather shady. I trust my vibes, always!

She advocated for us every step of the way and I truly think she had our best interests at heart. To say that she is good at her job is an understatement-she is one of the hardest working people I have EVER met. She was knowledgeable, responsive (got back to us at record speed), went above and beyond during every step of the process all the way until closing, and very pleasant to work with! We even had slow communication with the mortgage company and Susie made sure they stuck to their timeline and because of her, we were able to close on time. I would trust her with my life and honestly asked her to be my power of attorney but she politely declined so that shows how smart she is. In all seriousness, I would recommend Susie to anyone looking for a house as I am 100% sure we would not have been able to get a house like we did without her!!!

I found myself in New Stanton getting fuel and had a check that needed depositing. I did a quick search and made my way here. So another adventure in vehicular banking. After leaving what people considered to be New Stanton I made my way here. I felt like I was being punked. The bank is the only business on this side of the road, the rest is fields. To do my vehicular banking I had to go around the back. If I remember correctly this is not an updated ATM. It spit out an envelope and I had to take a bit of time to fill that out while being yelled at by the machine asking if I needed extra time. Of course I did, I didn't expect to have to do extra work at that point. Did my thing, all while I thought something might have come out of the woods (remember, this is late at night for me). Finish my banking and make my way out to exit. Be careful exiting. The exit for the bank is right next to another road, I mean a fence or a post is separating the two. Pay attention as well. I almost got hit exiting.
