He did not do that properly, so I did it myself via venmo. Only to find out that my debit card does not work. Went back into branch and I've been sitting here for an hour while they try to make my debit card work. No luck so far. They also said they ordered me checks, didn't happen. They also said they could set up my direct deposit, didn't happen. There are a lot of upset people here with problems and only 2 bank reps working. Have not been able to access my money for 2 weeks. I think they have a culture which does not understand which of us is the customer. Vince promised me a call back from he or Wes, but I didn't hear from them. They eventually emailed.
