Me and my Fiancé are an interracial couple. His bank is PNC, my bank is another bank. We went inside for him to do business, and all the women inside were staring at us weirdly, and unwantedly inside, also making it clearly known in a few ways they didn't want us to do business there, and viewing us as criminals and doing, saying extra stuff towards us. My fiancé tried to do what he needed to, which he has no problems doing so at any other PNC bank, no matter where or what state it is, because he travels some. They would not allow him to do business there, said what he was doing seemed illegal, when all he was doing was transferring his own money to one of his business partners dealing with stocks, cryptocurrencies, and etc. Transfers is something people do this every day at banks, and crypto is at it highest now, and a lot/half the world is doing it now successfully. My fiancé has a good amount of money due to his jobs, dealing with IT work and Crypto, which even Elon Musk himself does and talks about daily with any issues, and I do myself at my bank without any issues as well. They pretty much labeled him as suspicious and doing something illegal because he was part of an interracial couple. We reported this, to the PNC CEO, as well as PNC Customer Relations Service reps. There would have, and still would be video proof of the incident, because it's a bank, ...video recording is always on all the time, so there was video proof of what happened, and all who were involved. PNC dragged the issue, and investigation for about 2-3 months, even though we were persistent in getting the bank manager to own up to her racial injustice she imposed upon us both and find out why did it happen in this day in age where there are a lot of interracial couples everywhere in the world, no matter how much money they would or would not have. Had we have not been persistent, nothing at all would've been done at all. Yet although we were persistent, Still ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE, NOTHING AT ALL! No one got in trouble or exposed for wrongdoing. The PNC CEO and PNC Customer service lied to us stating that the bank manager would be dealt with, but told us, they could not disclose what would be done to her...only told us something would be done to prevent this from happening again moving forward. In other words, NOTHING WAS DONE, AND NO ONE GOT IN TROUBLE for the racial injustice that happened to us, and that prevented my fiancé from doing business with his hard-earned money at the Jacksonville, NC PNC Bank. PNC Corporation will support, cover up, and apparently allow mistreatment, inequality, racial injustice, disrespect, and unprofessionalism at their banks, and within the corporation as a whole. Basically, if you do business with PNC, any PNC especially at the Jacksonville, NC location, watch yourself, and who you come into the bank with, because if these women don't like anything about you or who you're with, they will mistreat you, judge you and prevent you from dealing with your own money at the Jacksonville, NC PNC Bank, and get away with it. Apparently, this is acceptable by PNC as a whole for them to do this, and you will not be able to access your money at the Jacksonville NC PNC bank if they don't want you to do so, because they dislike you or your partner. Me and my fiancé both have proof of everything that happened inside that bank as well, as well as the back-and-forth emails between the customer service reps and PNC CEO, none of them wanted to help us, and they ended up not helping us no matter what proof we had, or what proof they had on their video. I am personally glad I do not do business with PNC, and my fiancé is considering switching banks altogether. With all our proof, we are thinking of doing more to expose this wrongdoing by everyone. Do business with the Jacksonville, NC PNC Bank at your own risk. read more
