I had a vehicle that was financed through MFCU. I made my payments on time for 2.5 years, then I…read morelost my job. I turned the vehicle in as a voluntary repo, and MFCU is reporting to the credit bureaus each mth that my payment is delinquent! They are not reporting my vehicle as a voluntary repo. They have sold the vehicle at auction, but has not reported this on my credit report. So each mth is resulting in a decrease in my credit score. I will never do business with them again. I feel as if I am definitely being lied on and targeted. They are trying to ruin my credit. Stay away from them and do business elsewhere! They suck!

Absolutely absurd. I wonder how long it will take to withdraw my accounts to another banking institution with decent customer service and more locations in the locality. I've banked with them since I was a child living in a larger metro area with numerous locations and never waited over 5 minutes before for much more complicated matters. Ultimately, they were unable to even assist me and advised I go cash the check at Walmart. Wow. Bank of America certainly isn't military-friendly in this town.

Truth is, even when I lived in different states, they still managed to make me feel right at Home. They are like the perfect neighbor. Friendly smiles, warm wishes, eagerness to help, willing to lend assistance, and honest. They employ people w/ that also look like me, during a time where most banks don't see a need for diverse/ ethnic employment. You don't have to worry about being "sold" on meaningless banking products that are not needed like Wells Fargo and Bank of America push.
