With two convenient locations in town, all of the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They seem to have a great sense of pride in their local community and will always meet or exceed expectations if you need extra help or have questions in other related areas of banking, or within your own account. They tend to treat you like a good neighbor rather than just another number to serve. About 20 years ago, they even allowed me to display some of my original paintings in their main downtown location at the time, thanks to one of the tellers who had worked there for many, many years and had taken an interest in them. They also had another teller at the time who worked for many years usually at the smaller branch location on the West Side near Kroger's who was always very friendly and knowledgeable as well. You knew your money was in good hands working with both of them. Also, a special thanks to Shanna who is the current Branch Manager of the Downtown Branch location. Her expertise and high level of customer service have met and exceeded all of my recent needs that far exceed my knowledge of banking services and has been a pleasure to work with helping me with various banking matters and questions I may have.

This bank like to decline a lot of transactions of your own money. Booked a rental car a month…read moreahead of time. Fly to location and they need to swipe card and can't because fidelity decides to decline it even though it was same card you used a month ahead to f time. Now stuck at airport for 9hours missed hotel room and have no transportation! Thanks a lot!

We have banked with Chase since the 1990's, travel extensively so we've been in multiple branches…read morein multiple states. The branch in Delaware, Ohio is the worst we've ever dealt with. Staff has poor customer service skills including their manager. They lack knowledge of their various products. I will drive through road construction on SR42 when the new branch opens in Jerome or continue to go to Powell before going back to the one in our own community.
