The only thing worse the customer service and is their mortgage. The gentleman who approves and denied people has very little professionalism and even more discrimination than anyone I've ever seen. We chose this bank because it was a hometown favorite and had a huge following for knowing their customers. Since this person is taken over, he has no concept of how to manage people mortgages or even banks.. If you have your money there, you need to run immediately take it out and move it.

She claimed to have sent documents out for us to sign, but we never got them. It took a few calls before she returned our calls. At that time she "resent" them. Oddly enough that time we got them very quickly!
